This seven week online course offers the learning and teaching tools & strategies to understand how PLEs work, how each student builds his/her PLE according to prefferences and needs to enhance learning processes. Teachers as well get to understand what PLEs mean for students own learning, their professional formation and also their own PLE growing, 

The conductor, Stephen Downes, is a canadian researcher, co-author of CONNECTIVISM, together with George Siemens, which make the instructional experience stronger and more reliable.
